CoPilot AI is a Vancouver-based SaaS start-up with a mission to innovate the way people grow their business, by humanizing digital interactions, in a scalable way.

What you’ll do:

• You will be a vital member of our design team, you understand how design can manifest solid business outcomes that will help CoPilot AI achieve our growth focused mission.
• You will be the primary designer for our innovative dynamic video messaging product https://www.copilotai.com/video/early-access
• Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers and other Designers in our efforts to create great products, not only for our customers but for our business to effectively scale to the next level.
• Develop and design high quality user experience strategies to deliver a consistent user experience for the customer across their entire interactions with the company
• Collaborate with other departments to execute design strategy and achieve consistent user experience, from Marketing, to Sales, to Customer Success
• Leverage internal data and utilize your knowledge of human behaviour and interaction to identify potential opportunities
• Research and design new user experiences strategies and techniques that will delight our customers
• Manage multiple projects from conception through to delivery, ensuring that the quality meets your expectations
• Mentor and provide guidance to the rest of the design team
• Own the outcome. At the end of the day, your success will be measured by your ability to delight our customers with your designs

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years working as a (Product/Interaction/UX/Content) Designer on SaaS or video platforms
• Exceptional communicator in all cases, writing users stories, communicating with customers or presenting your designs
• Demonstrated experience showcasing how you influenced business outcomes through your design work
• Experience running usability testing and using the insights to influence deliverables
• Exceptional design skills and creative process to develop innovative design solutions
• Passion for building great digital products
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and adapt to changes in a short time frame
• Strong sense of self motivation
