As we lean into the next phase, we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to grow our design team and collaborate with the UX strategy for our products.

The Role

We are searching for a Senior Product Designer who brings a holistic perspective to product solutions and a great understanding of the best strategy for achieving an effective balance between user and business needs.You’ll report directly to our Lead Product Designer and be part of a team of 3 designers.

You are a good fit if you master synthesizing customer data to inform product decisions and support the team in applying qualitative and quantitative methods to decision-making and discovering new product insights.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage multiple projects from conception through delivery, ensuring the quality of the solution meets high standards. You design flows that map user needs and create delightful layouts with a strong hierarchy of elements.

• Leverage data and utilize your knowledge of human behaviour and interaction design to identify potential opportunities

• Mentor and guide other designers by providing feedback on the design thinking process and problem framing

• Collaborate with PMs and engineering managers to identify user and business problems. You are proactive and assist the team with shaping the team’s strategy.

• Align stakeholders at every phase of the project. You communicate and set a cadence to be syncing with critical stakeholders.

• Know design frameworks and how to apply this to an agile environment

What we are looking for

• 5+ years working as a Product/Interaction/UX/Content Designer in a SaaS company (we are open to various experience levels and understand that years of experience are only one indicator of skills and capabilities).

• An outstanding communicator. You excel at writing users' stories, communicating with customers, or presenting your designs.

• Demonstrated experience showcasing how you influenced business outcomes through your design work

• Proficiency in different user experience areas (strategy and research, information architecture, prototyping, testing, and validating)

• Experience with using quantitative and qualitative research methods and synthesizing research data

• Knowledge about Design Systems is a plus

• Exceptional design skills and creative process to develop innovative design solutions.

• Passion for building great digital products

• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and adapting to changes in a short time frame

• Strong sense of self-motivation
