Sales Development Representative

As we scale into the next phase, we are looking for a Vancouver-based Sales Development Representative to join our sales team!
The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the SDR will be responsible for outreach to generate qualified opportunities for our sales team. Outreach will include cold calling and emailing, as well as taking advantage of our thousands of existing leads in our CRM as well as on social media. The SDR will be a key member of the team, working cross-functionally in an exciting start-up environment to prospect, educate, qualify, and nurture sales-ready leads.
The SDR plays a critical role in CoPilot AI’s ambitious growth plans and seamlessly combines industry knowledge, innovative vision, emotional intelligence, thought leadership, and a solutions-driven approach to promote excellence in alignment with CoPilot AI’s people-first culture.
What you’ll do:
- Find, Qualify and convert prospects into booked demos for our Inside Sales Representatives.
Cold outreach
Warm outreach
Own multiple channels including social, email, and the CoPilot AI platform to correspond with engaged prospects
Research, craft, and develop your own funnels and methods to generate interested prospects
Support product and engineering teams with feedback, insight, and opportunities on the CoPilot AI lead gen platform
Work in close collaboration with Growth Marketing to manage prospects generated from marketing campaigns
Attend daily growth meetings and regular cross-departmental meetings
At the end of the week, the team will look to you and ask: were you able to book the team’s calendars with solid demos?

Previous sales development experience in a SaaS organization
