Account Manager

As we chart a course to our exciting next chapter, we're on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Vancouver-based Account Manager to join our fantastic Revenue Operations team!
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer success, driving retention, and fostering account growth. You will manage a portfolio of customers, helping them maximize the value of CoPilot AI’s platform while identifying opportunities for expansion. This role requires a proactive approach to relationship management, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do:
- Manage Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Drive Retention & Growth: Ensure customers are achieving success with the platform, leading to renewals and identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion.
- Onboard & Educate: Guide new customers through onboarding, helping them understand best practices and integrate CoPilot AI into their workflow.
- Monitor Customer Health: Analyze customer engagement data to proactively address risks and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to enhance customer experience and inform product development.
- Advocate for Customers: Collect and relay customer feedback to help shape the platform’s future features and functionality.
Who you are:
- 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to drive retention, adoption, and expansion within an account portfolio.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and AI-driven sales tools is a plus.

What’s in it for you:
- Competitive Compensation: A competitive annual base salary between the range of $68,000 - $75,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and skill level. Expected on-target earnings will be between $98,000 - $105,000 CAD, subject to hitting key performance metrics

Our Interview Process
One of our operating principles is transparency, so we’d like to share our interview process with you:
- Phone Screen: A 30-minute audio Zoom call with member of our People & Culture team or the hiring manager to align on the position, share context about our team and goals, and learn about your interests, skills and experiences.
- Competency Interview: A 1-hour Zoom call with our Head of Customer Success and another Account Management (AM) team member. This session will include behavioral and role-specific questions to assess your skills in client management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking as an AM. Be ready to share examples of driving client success and managing complex accounts.
- Culture Add Interview: A 1-hour Zoom call or in-person meeting with a CoPilot AI leadership team member and another team member to assess your alignment with our core values and competencies. At CoPilot AI, we take pride in fostering a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative culture where every CoPilotteer is empowered to make impactful decisions and contribute to our collective success.
- Offer and Reference Checks: If you’ve made it this far, our Head of Customer Success will give you a call to share the good news with you! We’ll ask you for two professional references and send over the formal offer documents. Then it’s simply a countdown until your start date!
