As we chart a course to our exciting next chapter, we're on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Nearshore Account Manager to join our fantastic Customer Success team!
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer success, driving retention, and fostering account growth. You will manage a portfolio of customers, helping them maximize the value of CoPilot AI’s platform while identifying opportunities for expansion. This role requires a proactive approach to relationship management, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do
Manage Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Drive Retention & Growth: Ensure customers are achieving success with the platform, leading to renewals and identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion.
Onboard & Educate: Guide new customers through onboarding, helping them understand best practices and integrate CoPilot AI into their workflow.
Monitor Customer Health: Analyze customer engagement data to proactively address risks and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to enhance customer experience and inform product development.
Advocate for Customers: Collect and relay customer feedback to help shape the platform’s future features and functionality.
Who You Are
2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proven ability to drive retention, adoption, and expansion within an account portfolio.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and AI-driven sales tools is a plus.

What’s in it for you:
Competitive Compensation: A competitive annual base salary between the range of $40,000 USD to $43,000 USD, commensurate with experience and skill level. Expected on-target earnings will be around $60,000 USD, subject to hitting key performance metrics.

One of our operating principles is transparency, so we’d like to share our interview process with you:
Viability Screen: A 30-minute call with the People & Culture team. The goal is to align on what this role entails, share context about our team and goals, and learn more about your experience and interest in CoPilot AI.
Competency & Cultural Add Interview: A 1-hour Zoom call with the hiring manager and the VP of Partnerships at CoPilot AI. The focus of this stage is to know your technical knowledge, ensure deep alignment with our core values and operating principles.
Offer and Reference Checks: If you’ve made it this far, the hiring manager will give you a call to share the good news! We’ll ask for 3 professional references and then send over the formal offer documents. After that, it’s simply a countdown until your start date!
