As we chart a course to our exciting next chapter, we're on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Inside Account Executive, based in Vancouver or Toronto, to join our high-performing sales team!
The Opportunity
Imagine a sales role where you actively engage on both fronts—nurturing marketing-generated inbound leads while driving AE-led outbound opportunities. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle, from running impactful demos to negotiating and closing new business. You’ll leverage CoPilot AI Campaigns for targeted outreach, convert warm leads into satisfied customers, and play a direct role in fueling CoPilot AI’s growth.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound and outbound leads and develop innovative outreach strategies to warm leads in our CRM and the wider market.
- Engage with prospects, strategize to move them through the sales cycle, and seal the deal.
- Work diligently in our CRM, meticulously noting and managing real-time tasks to stay abreast of your opportunities.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback, insight, and opportunities to our product and engineering teams.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- A natural leader with a proven track record of self-improvement, upward growth, and exceeding KPIs or quotas.
- Stellar written and verbal communicator.
- Dependable self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust with team members, management, and external partners.

Competitive Compensation: Earnings Range between CAD $85,000 - $150,000+
- Annual Base of $60,000 to $70,000, On Target Earnings of $120,000.
- High-performing reps can hit 30% over OTE

Our Interview Process
One of our operating principles is transparency, so we’d like to share our interview process with you:
- Phone Screen: A 30-minute audio Zoom call with a member of our People & Culture team or the hiring manager to align on the position, share context about our team and goals, and learn about your interests, skills and experiences.
- Competency Interview: A 1 hour Zoom call with our Director of Sales and Inside Sales Team Lead. We’ll ask you to prepare a 15 minute sales presentation on a product or technology in advance and pitch it during the interview. The remaining time will be allocated for behavioural questions that target role-specific competencies.
- Culture Add Interview: A 1 hour Zoom call or in person meeting with a Senior Manager or Executive and a rotating Account Executive to assess your alignment with our core values and core competencies. We pride ourselves on having a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative culture where all CoPilotteers are empowered to make decisions and drive our collective success.
- Offer and Reference Checks: If you’ve made it this far, our Director of Sales will give you a call to share the good news with you! We’ll ask you for two professional references and send over the formal offer documents. Then it’s simply a countdown until your start date!
